Our knickers are pretty true to size however if you are in between sizes we always recommend sizing up. Comfy knickers are always best! To see our size charts please click here.
Unfortunately not, we can only accept one discount code per order. The 4 for £40 knicker offer is classed as a discount code so unfortunately you can’t use another discount code at the same time, however please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org once you have placed your order and we will refund you the discount manually.
You can arrange to be emailed as soon as the product is available again by clicking on the ‘Notify Me When Available’ button on the relevant product page and entering your email address. Please note, this option isn’t available on limited edition items as we won’t be re-stocking these.
If for any reason you want to cancel your order, please email us at email@example.com as soon as you have placed your order so we can arrange for it to be cancelled and issue you with a full refund. Please note, we cannot cancel your order once it has been dispatched from the warehouse.
Standard UK shipping takes 2-3 working days. If needed we also offer Next Working Day delivery for an additional charge at check-out.
Non-UK shipping times can vary depending on country and courier service however standard international shipping can take up to 21 days (excluding bank holidays and weekends). There is the option at checkout to select Express Delivery via DHL which takes approx 3 days. You can track your parcel using your tracking number which will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a link to your tracking details. For international orders, please allow up to 21 days (excluding bank holidays and weekends) to receive your order, if you don’t receive it in this time then please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will chase Global-E for you.
Yes absolutely! Please find the product you would like to review on the website and click on ‘Write a review’, complete the form and submit.
We hope that your order arrives to you in perfect condition, however on the odd occasion that you do discover a fault, then please email email@example.com with a photo of the fault and your order number so we can arrange a replacement for you.
We hope that you love everything you receive from us but if you do need to return or exchange an item then we ask that you do it within 14 days of receipt. Please ensure that all tags are still in place and that the item is in a resalable condition. Please note we do not accept returns on knickers due to standard hygiene reasons. We work with two factories - one in China for our knickers and loungewear and another in Portugal for our fashion. We have worked with Adam in our China based factory for over 12 years now - we have a great relationship with him and his small team. We have costed producing in the UK but the costs rule it out for now but we continue to review this. For more information on our factories, click here.
Yes definitely! We have recently expanded into Extra Small and Extra Large in a selection of knicker colours (you can filter by size on our knicker page). Going forward any new knickers we are producing will be available in this size range (XS to XL). We hope to expand this further in the future.
