Sizing

For the most accurate sizing, click Size Guide on our product pages to see our product measurements. We recommend measuring products you already own to compare our measurements against, and sizing up as a rule of thumb if you're unsure.

You can also enter your size into our Size Recommender on our product pages, and we will suggest the best size for you. Or you can visit our Size Guide page to see a breakdown of our product measurements.  

Of course, we hope that you love everything you receive from us but if you do need to return or exchange something we ask that you do it within 28 days. We will happily accept returns in the 28-day window as long as the item is unworn, unwashed, all original tags are in place and its not from our sale.

We are also happy to accept returns on knickers providing they have not been worn and meet our health and hygiene standards. Please note, we reserve the right to refuse returns on underwear that does not meet acceptable hygiene standards. We ask you to please try on our knickers over the top of your underwear, and to avoid wearing any make-up, perfume or beauty products that can leave marks or scents. As this could cause the item to be non-returnable. 

All sale items are non-refundable. However, you are more than welcome to return your sale items to us for a credit note or exchange. We do not offer free returns on sale items.

Delivery

Yes we offer free UK delivery for all orders over £50.

Yes we do! Ensure you’re shopping from our US website here to enable US shipping.

Yes we do ship worldwide! Use our country selector to choose your location and our prices will update accordingly.

For standard delivery, orders will take between 2-8 working days. For express delivery, orders will take between 1-2 days.

Orders

If you haven’t yet received a dispatch email from us, you can send an email to hello@stripeandstare.com asking to change or cancel your order. Unfortunately, we’re unable to change or cancel your order if it has already been dispatched.

With our standard delivery, your order can take up to 8 working days to be delivered. If you still haven’t received your order after 8 working days, please contact our customer service.

A tracking number and link will be provided in your order dispatch email.

You may need to activate your account if you’re having issues logging in. If you have missed or deleted your original account activation email, please send an email to hello@stripeandstare.com and we can resend your account activation email.

Exchanges & Returns

All sale items are non-refundable. However, you are more than welcome to return your sale items to us for a credit note or exchange. We do not offer free returns on sale items.

Sustainability

All our products are made from TENCEL™ Modal, an amazing eco-friendly fabric that represents a milestone in the development of environmentally sustainable textiles. Made with wood pulp from sustainable tree farms, TENCEL™ are the most sustainable fibres around. We are officially a Climate Positive Workforce, meaning our carbon footprint of each employee is more than offset. Care

We recommend washing in a net bag on a cool, 30-degree wash or by hand. Dry flat and avoid tumble drying.

There is no one-size-fits-all option when it comes to how often you should replace your underwear. However, as a general rule of thumb, we'd recommend replacing your underwear every six months to a year. Read our blog here.

Our knickers are made from 95% biodegradable TENCEL™ Modal, meaning everything but the lace can be composted! To dispose of your underwear, simply cut off the lace trim and put in your compost. Your knickers will fully revert to nature and biodegrade within 180 days.

Choose from our rolling monthly subscription or our perfectly giftable 6-month upfront option.

Our rolling monthly subscription costs £12.50 per month. Our 6-month paid upfront option costs £72.

No you don’t if you’re based in the UK. We cover the cost of delivery on all UK subscription orders. Charges may apply for other destinations.

Of course! You can cancel your subscription anytime. Click here to manage your subscription. After clicking ‘manage subscription’ you will see a ‘cancel subscription’ button at the bottom of the page. Alternatively, you can skip a month at a time if you’d just like a little break.

Yes, you can skip out a month of your subscription at any time if you’d like a month off.

No, unfortunately we do not accept discount codes on any subscription products.

No, we do not accept returns on any subscription products unless you have received the wrong size.

Yes, in order to manage your subscription, you will need to create an account with us. Which you can do by clicking the person icon on the top right-hand side of our website.

No, the 6-month paid upfront option will expire after 6 months.

Subscription Account

If you chose our rolling monthly subscription, you will pay for your first month when you first checkout with your subscription, and then at the beginning of each month going forward. If you chose our 6-month paid upfront option, you will pay for all 6-months when you first checkout and will not be billed again.

Your first subscription product will be sent within 3-5 working days from when you first place your order, and then at the beginning of each month going forward.

Yes, you have the option to switch out your subscription product and try one of our other underwear shapes. These include knickers, thongs, high rise and unisex boxers. Click here to manage your subscription. Make sure any changes are made before the end of the month to ensure they’re
applied to your next order.

No, your subscription charge will remain the same if you switch out your product.

You can update all of your account information here. Click ‘manage subscriptions’ and you will see boxes for your shipping address, payment method and email address. Click into each one to update your details.

If you’re purchasing our 6-month paid upfront option as a gift, simply enter the delivery address of the recipient at checkout. You can only enter one delivery address when checking out, so it may be best to do a separate order if you’re also wanting to purchase items for yourself at a separate address.

If you sign up to our rolling monthly subscription, your 10% off discount will automatically be applied across our website after you checkout. The discount applies when you add a product to your basket. You will not need a discount code for this. If you buy our 6-month paid upfront option as a gift, the 10% discount will be rewarded to you.
