Our Exchange & Returns Policy

All sale items are non-refundable. However you are more than welcome to return your sale items to us for a credit note or exchange.

Of course, we hope that you love everything you receive from us but if you do need to return or exchange something we ask that you do it within 28 days. We will happily accept returns in the 28-day window as long as the item is unworn, unwashed, all original tags are in place and its not from our sale. We are also happy to accept returns on knickers providing they have not been worn and meet our health and hygiene standards. Please note, we reserve the right to refuse returns on underwear that does not meet acceptable hygiene standards. We ask you to please try on our knickers over the top of your underwear, and to avoid wearing any make-up, perfume or beauty products that can leave marks or scents. As this could cause the item to be non-returnable.

We offer free UK returns! Your refund will go back to the original method of payment used to purchase your order. Please note that we do not offer free returns on international orders. The return label cost will be deducted from your overall refund.
