Our business is primarily e-commerce based, selling D2C in the UK and abroad, with a growing US market. Role Purpose
The Head of Brand (Maternity Cover) will lead Stripe & Stare’s brand strategy and execution during a critical growth phase. This role manages brand positioning, storytelling, partnerships, and cultural visibility, ensuring brand strength translates into commercial performance.
Reporting into the Growth Director and working closely with the Founder/Creative Director, this role will shape how Stripe & Stare shows up in the world — from campaigns and product storytelling to partnerships, social presence, and brand activations.
This is a 12-month maternity cover role requiring a confident, decisive brand leader who can operate strategically while delivering at pace.

As our social and influencer ecosystem continues to grow, we’re looking for a Community & Influencer Executive to nurture our community across all social channels and manage our influencer and VIP outreach, with a strong focus on maximising performance through ShopMy.

Role Overview
The Community & Influencer Executive plays a key role in maintaining Stripe & Stare’s warm, engaging, and responsive online presence, while also building and managing meaningful influencer and VIP relationships.
This role owns day-to-day community management across all social channels and supports the ongoing growth and optimisation of our influencer and affiliate programme, particularly ShopMy. You will work closely with the Social Media Manager and Head of Brand to turn relationships into long-term brand advocacy and measurable revenue.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-growth DTC brand and play a key role in building the engine behind our paid media performance.
The Role
We’re looking for a hands-on performance marketer to own and optimise our paid acquisition channels across key platforms including Meta, Google and TikTok.
Working closely with our Growth Director and agency partners, you’ll help ensure every pound of marketing investment drives efficient and scalable growth.
