Returns

Returns are accepted within 28 days of placing your order if items are unworn and unwashed with original tags. Underwear (knickers & bras) can be returned if they meet hygiene standards - please try them on over other layers and avoid makeup, perfume, or beauty products.

First Stripe & Stare order? Don't worry - if this is your first order with us, it can be returned for free.   

For other UK returns (e.g. not your first order with us!), a fee of £3.50 will be deducted from your refund.  

All refunds will go to the original payment method. 

International return costs are decided by our carrier, Global-e and these fees will be deducted from the refund. You can also opt for self-postage via our international returns portal, please keep your proof of posting in this instance.

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason. This is known as the cooling-off period. You can exercise your right of withdrawal by clicking here, and submitting your order ID and email.

If you withdraw from your purchase, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (excluding any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer). We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal request, using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.

You are required to return the goods within 28 days of notifying us of your withdrawal. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the goods are faulty or not as described.
