Delivery & Returns
COVID-19 Delivery update - We are shipping orders as usual, however in light of the current Corona Virus (COVID-19) and it's global impact, delivery may be delayed particularly to non-UK countries due to extended border controls and closures. Unfortunately this is out of our control but we will do our best to track your orders for you if they are delayed.
Please note that we do not offer free returns on international orders. To arrange a return or exchange please click here and you will be re-directed to our International Shipping agent Global-E. You will need your order number and email address to arrange a return/exchange. Returns received within 14 days will be refunded. Returns received after 14 days will be issued with a credit note.
If you are shipping internationally please select the country / currency that you are sending to. If you go through our UK site you will have a much higher shipping rate and may also be charged unknown VAT and Duty on delivery.
Free delivery for all orders over £100 (by standard delivery)
Orders under £15 - Royal Mail 3-8 days (untracked) - £1.90
Standard delivery (2-3 days) by DPD (tracked) - £4.90
Next working day delivery by DPD (on orders placed by 3pm Monday - Friday only, excluding bank holidays) - £7.95
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on our knickers for standard hygiene reasons.
