UK Delivery
Free delivery for all orders over £100 (by standard delivery)
Orders under £15 - Royal Mail 3-8 days (untracked) - £1.90
Standard delivery (2-3 days) by DPD - £4.80
Next working day delivery by DPD (on orders placed by 3pm Monday - Friday only, excluding bank holidays) - £7.95
International Delivery
Standard delivery takes up to 21 days from the dispatch date (excluding bank holidays and weekends). There is the option at checkout to select Express Delivery via DHL which takes approx. 3 days.
Returns
Unfortunately we cannot accept exchanges/returns on our knickers for standard hygiene reasons.
We offer free UK returns within 14 days of receipt.
Please note that we do not offer free returns on international orders.

Lace: 91% Nylon, 9% Elastane
As with all luxury fabrics, we recommend hand washing under warm water. If you choose to machine wash, please pop your knickers in a net bag on a cool 30 degree wash.
No need to tumble dry. Dry flat.
Please note with bright and neon dyes, there will be colour rub when new but with wash and wear the colour will fade subtly. To preserve the vibrancy we recommend hand washing bright colours in a cool wash.
